Crazy Rock'n Sushi

Crumbl’s origin begins with two crazy cousins and the perfect combination of flour, sugar, and chocolate chips.Created in 2017 when co-founders Jason McGowan and Sawyer Hemsley teamed up on a quest to bake the perfect chocolate chip cookie, they dreamt of bringing people together over a box of the best cookies in the world. Today, our franchises have reached across the nation and expanded internationally—all inspired by one big dream and the perfect ingredients that started it all. After the Crumbl Milk Chocolate Chip recipe was born, the Crumbl founders and their families opened the first Crumbl location in Logan, Utah.With the genius idea of structuring the bakery as an open-concept kitchen, Crumbl provides customers a first-hand experience watching as their cookies are mixed, balled, and baked! Eventually, Crumbl’s business grew to include more flavors and services like delivery, catering, and a weekly rotating menu. Crumbl now offers a unique weekly rotating menu, featuring six delicious flavors, selected from a wide variety of cookies and desserts.Every week, our menu rotates to feature an updated set of six exciting desserts. With our co-founders’ search for innovation, we frequently add new flavors to the menu and work to improve current recipes. We concentrate on developing delicious cookies inspired by popular flavors, tasty treats, and decadent desserts!

Crumbl Cookies

The Formosa first opened its doors IN LOS ANGELES in 1939: making its new debut in its 80th year. Located across from the then-Samuel Goldwyn studio, stars like Frank Sinatra, Humphrey Bogart, James Dean, and Elvis Presley would pop into the legendary Formosa Cafe regularly for dining and drinks. On any given day, patrons might have seen Ava Gardner dancing past the old, red leather booths, or John Wayne nursing a late-night scotch (he was caught making scrambled eggs in our kitchen one morning, after reportedly passing out in a booth the night before).Among the interior design restorations is the full reveal of the iconic and original red trolley car, dating back to 1904 and is confirmed to be the oldest surviving red train car in existence. Boxes of autographed celebrity photos and storage units of original memorabilia have made their way back into the Cafe. 	We worked with local LOS ANGELES archivists and hospitality notables who helped to inform the new food and cocktail menu: a retrospective of Formosa’s culinary evolution since the 1920’s. The new Formosa not only transports guests back in time to the glory days of Hollywood, but with its new menu, And named best restaurant in west hollywood, patrons are given another way to connect to a part of LOS ANGELES gastronomic history, too. 	Because one of the most prominent decor themes in the Formosa is the old black and white headshots, we wanted to give the newer areas of the Formosa a part to play, too: to tell a storied history of Chinese Americans in Old Hollywood. To do this, the Formosa Cafe team collaborated with the original family and local historians to procure all the original photos and artifacts and bring them back to their original home where they belong. With the new addition of the historic Yee Mee Loo bar area of the Formosa, we decided to tell a story about the influence of Chinese Americans in early Hollywood. Arthur Dong, Oscar-nominated filmmaker and award-winning author of the book “Hollywood Chinese,” dug into his singular collection of photos, lobby cards, and headshots to curate a showcase of Chinese American talent and milestones from Hollywood’s golden age. Thanks to Pitman Farms &amp; Petaluma Poultry, we are able to exclusively offer free range chicken at Mendocino Farms. Our dynamic, chef-driven menu changes with the seasons, and at select locations you can also find the perfect beer or wine from a selection of local vineyards and craft breweries to pair with your meal. We also offer house-made lemonade, artisan blended unsweetened passionfruit black iced tea, and Puck's all natural fountain sodas sweetened with pure cane sugar.

<h2>Our Heritage</h2>Our story begins in 1971 along the cobblestone streets of Seattle’s historic Pike Place Market. It was here where Starbucks opened its first store, offering fresh-roasted coffee beans, tea and spices from around the world for our customers to take home. Our name was inspired by the classic tale, “Moby-Dick,” evoking the seafaring tradition of the early coffee traders. Ten years later, a young New Yorker named Howard Schultz would walk through these doors and become captivated with Starbucks coffee from his first sip. After joining the company in 1982, a different cobblestone road would lead him to another discovery. It was on a trip to Milan in 1983 that Howard first experienced Italy’s coffeehouses, and he returned to Seattle inspired to bring the warmth and artistry of its coffee culture to Starbucks. By 1987, we swapped our brown aprons for green ones and embarked on our next chapter as a coffeehouse. Starbucks would soon expand to Chicago and Vancouver, Canada and then on to California, Washington, D.C. and New York. By 1996, we would cross the Pacific to open our first store in Japan, followed by Europe in 1998 and China in 1999. Over the next two decades, we would grow to welcome millions of customers each week and become a part of the fabric of tens of thousands of neighborhoods all around the world.
